How do I restore my Remove Ads purchase?
Open the level grid, tap the gear icon, then tap Restore purchases. The purchase is tied to your Apple account, so it carries across every device you sign in with — you never pay twice.
Where is my progress stored?
On your device, and only there. No account is required and the game works fully offline. The trade-off is that deleting the app deletes your progress with it.
A level says “No way to clear from here” — is it broken?
No. Every level is verified solvable by a solver before it ships. That banner means the particular sequence of moves you've made has reached a dead end — some arrow can no longer get out. Undo or restart, and try sending them out in a different order.
How do I turn off sounds or haptics?
Level grid → gear icon → toggle Sound effects or Haptics. Game sounds also respect your silent switch, and your own music keeps playing while you solve.
What is Hard mode?
Settings → Challenge → Hard mode. It holds you to a strict move limit of par + 2, with no undo and no hints. Clear a level that way and it earns a bolt badge on the level grid.
Do I need an internet connection?
Only for ads, Game Center leaderboards and purchases. The puzzles themselves are entirely on-device — the game plays fine in airplane mode.
